Microsoft has decided to retire the once most widely used web browser, INTERNET EXPLORER. It’s been a good long 27 years of service with ups and downs. On August 16, 1995, the first version of Internet Explorer was published. The browser was based on Mosaic software, which Microsoft licensed from Spyglass Inc.
